The Premiere Theaters, Goldsboro, NC project was site development for a 35,000 sq ft, 12-screen cinema. The development presented challenges to the design team. A competitor had a head start on planning for a rival theater; we needed to gain approvals from the City first. ADR Delta designed a new City Street that included curb and gutter, Stormwater system, water line and sewer system with a lift station. The site drainage was challenging due to the flat terrain and the project is in the Neuse River basin with strict regulation on Stormwater quality. We also provided land surveying and construction staking.
Site development for a new commercial location for Bruster's Real Ice Cream was selected along Pike Street in Marietta. To meet flood prevention requirements, more than 6,500 cubic yards of fill were required to elevate the building more than 10 feet above the original grade. ADR coordinated plan development with both the City of Marietta and the Washington County Building Department.
