Site development for a new commercial location for Bruster’s Real Ice Cream was selected along Pike Street in Marietta. To meet flood prevention requirements, more than 6,500 cubic yards of fill were required to elevate the building more than 10 feet above the original grade. ADR coordinated plan development with both the City of Marietta and the Washington County Building Department.
