ADR performed all Contract Administration and Management, including Inspection and price negotiations for the Annin Company’s Warehouse and Site Expansion on a 50,000 square foot warehouse expansion to their existing facility in Coshocton, Ohio. Our scope also included plan review of a 4-acre parking lot/drainage, truck ingress/egress, and lighting.
